Radius Technologies Enable Home Instead to Optimise Communications

Home Instead Waterford recently had a state-of-the-art phone system installed to cater for their two separate companies (Home Instead Senior Care and NAS Centre). This system offers real efficiencies in terms of the best use of labour resources, with wireless capability empowering staff to fulfil their multi-role requirements without being tethered to their desk.

Radius also provided Home Instead with a non-geographic number to project a presence in a particular part of the region where Home Instead does not have a permanent office. Radius also installed a remote system handset at Danette Connolly’s (Director of Care) home residence enabling Danette to oversee communications at all times.

The entire installation was delivered with zero upfront costs and was cost neutral in terms of line rental and call charges.
