Radius Assists Agora Deliver International Technology Headquarters
Award-winning Unified Communications Company Radius Technologies are assisting Agora in the setup of a state of the art multilingual technology services center in Portlaw, Co. Waterford.
The Agora companies – a global publishing group with 60 subsidiary and affiliated companies worldwide – publish highly specialised information by way of advisory news, books, magazines letters and websites. The project is being supported by the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation through IDA Ireland.
The Portlaw-based multilingual contact center and technology hub will provide customer support via phone, electronic correspondence and click to chat to Agora’s international and US affiliates’ clients, and will also provide application support, web, and mobile application development services to the Agora group of companies.

Radius has been supporting the Agora group of affiliates for the past 8 years, and ECC – and their new Irish based call center operation ECC – since last year.
